Art Journey Academy respects your privacy and the privacy of the children in our care.
What we collect
When you request a trial we collect only what is needed to arrange it: your name, a contact number, an age group, and your program interest. For students under 18, a parent or guardian is the primary contact. We do not collect a child's date of birth, health information, or other unnecessary personal details.
Student media
Student artwork, photos, and videos are used in marketing only when confirmed media consent is in place. Artwork is shared in ways that respect the student and family.
Analytics
We aim to use privacy-conscious analytics only. Behavioral profiling of users known to be minors is never performed, and no session-recording or cross-site behavioral tracking tools are used.
How you reached us
If you arrive from a campaign link, we keep the campaign source (such as source, medium, and campaign) so we can understand which channels help families find us. This does not involve fingerprinting and does not identify you personally.
